How it works
These styles are not fonts. A special combining character is placed after each letter: U+0336 for strikethrough, U+0338 for a slash and U+0332 for underline.
Because they are ordinary Unicode characters, they survive copy and paste into most apps that accept text, without any formatting menu.
Text is processed one visible character at a time, so emoji and accented letters are not split apart.

Where does this work?
Most social networks, messengers and comment boxes. Some apps and fonts draw the line slightly off-centre or skip it, so test a short sample first.
Can search engines or screen readers read it?
Poorly. Combining marks can be read out letter by letter or ignored, and the text may not match searches. Avoid it for anything important.
How do I remove the effect?
Paste the text into a tool that strips combining characters, or retype it. The original letters are still there under the marks.
